"First impression was that the lobby smelled bad. The hallways leading up to our room were soiled and looked horrible. Our room was a suite and we were supposed to have a queen size sofa bed. We actually only got a double bed. The mattress was 3 inches thick and extremely lumpy. I called the lobby to complain and they told me that I could get a roll-away bed for $10.00 extra per night. I would expect that for a $230.00/night room that the bedding would be comfortable.
The pool area was very nice, as was the beach. The manager seemed friendly, but overall, we were very disappointed with the service and with the hotel."
